Pet Policy:

• Pet-friendly (maximum of two pets)
• $15 monthly pet fee (applies to monthly stays only)
• Aggressive pets are not permitted
• Pets must be on a leash at all times

RV Requirements:

• Older RVs require management approval before making a reservation

Arrival & Check-in:

• Arrivals allowed during daylight hours only (no arrivals after 5:00 PM)
• Check-in time: 12:00 noon
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Park Amenities:

• This is a newer RV park - We have on-site laundry facilities and a dog park.

Additional Rules:

• Window AC units are not allowed in the park

Advance reservations require a deposit:

• $250 for monthly stays
• One-night deposit for daily and weekly stays

Specific site selection:

• Not guaranteed for short-term or seasonal reservations
• Only guaranteed for long-term reservations

Payment policy:

• The reservation deposit is deducted from the total amount
• Balance is due upon arrival

Cancellation and refund policy:

• October 1 – March 31: No refunds for cancellations unless canceled before October 1
• $50 cancellation fee if canceled more than 30 days before the start date
• No refund if canceled within 30 days of the start date
• No refunds on daily and weekly reservations
• Rent paid is non-refundable after the reservation start date
• No refunds on unused rent

Subleasing restrictions:

• No subleasing of sites
• Unused paid portions of site rent cannot be gifted, willed, or transferred to another 

Rate, policy, and deposit refund changes:
